Do you love strawberries as much as we do?  If you’re a fanatic, then Saturday’s Strawberry Foodie Fest is just for you!

There’s nothing like fresh, locally grown strawberries that are picked the same day.  They don’t taste a thing like the California kind at the grocery store.  No, these are red, sweet, decedent bites of heaven.  And they don’t stay around forever.  So it’s always a special time of year when the strawberries are in season.

Saturday, the Certified Arkansas Farmers Market and the Argenta Downtown Council celebrate this special time of year with the Strawberry Foodie Fest at 6th and Main.  Not only will you be able to pick up some of those luscious berries to take home, but chefs you know and love will be competing for the best strawberry dish.

Samples will be available for sale, so bring your best Strawberry palate and the family, for a unique and delicious culinary celebration.
